Where this comes from

8+ schools, coaching centres and institutes

Admissions & education · Meta + Google Ads

8+ institutes, one playbook

Meta and Google Ads run in parallel across schools, coaching centres and institutes competing in the same admission windows - which is the point. An admissions campaign that works once is luck; one that runs across eight institutions at the same time is a system.

Institutions we've run admissions campaigns for

  • Kabir Global Academy
  • NCFE Schools
  • Radiance International Academy
  • Campus K Schools
  • Shraddha Children's Academy
  • Akshar Arbol International School
  • Ignite Academy
  • Landmark Institute

Not only schools - competitive-exam coaching too

Two of the institutes above run exam preparation rather than a school calendar: Ignite Academy for IIT-JEE and NEET alongside an integrated school, and Landmark Institute for MCA and NIMCET. Both share the same pattern - the enquiry only arrives after a family or a student has already shortlisted four or five options, so the campaign has to reach them while the list is still being built, not after.

Why admissions is different

You can't scale into a deadline you've already missed

Admissions lead generation breaks in ways that ordinary lead gen doesn't. Four of them do most of the damage.

A fixed calendar

You have a window. Spend too cautiously in month one and no amount of budget in the last three weeks buys the seats back.

Wrong entry class

Enquiries for a class you aren't filling are pure waste. Most accounts never qualify for it, so counsellors find out on the call.

Outside the catchment

A parent forty minutes away will not enrol, however cheap the lead was. Radius targeting alone doesn't solve this.

Slow counsellor follow-up

Parents enquire at three institutes in one evening. Whoever calls first usually gets the campus visit - and the visit usually gets the admission.

Which is why we set the definition of a qualified enquiry with your counselling team, before a single ad goes live.

What we run

The whole admissions chain, not just the ads

How an admissions engagement runs

Built before the cycle, not during it

  1. 01

    Audit & seat plan

Which entry classes are short, how many seats, by when. Plus a review of last cycle's enquiries - where they came from and which ones converted.

  2. 02

    Define a qualified enquiry

Agreed with your counselling team: entry class, catchment, contactability. That definition becomes the campaign objective and the reporting scoreboard.

  3. 03

    Build & launch

Campaigns per entry class, admission landing pages, qualifying forms, instant routing and follow-up sequences - live before the window opens, not three weeks into it.

  4. 04

    Weekly pacing

Budget shifts toward the grades still short on seats, creative rotates as fatigue sets in, and you see cost per enquiry and connect rate every week - not a report at the end of the cycle.

Admissions questions

What school and institute heads ask

When should we start before the admission window?
Six to eight weeks ahead is comfortable. Campaigns need a learning period, landing pages and forms need building, and the early part of a window is usually the cheapest enquiry you'll get all cycle. Starting after the window opens means paying peak-competition prices for the whole run.
Can you work across multiple campuses?
Yes - the six-school engagement ran exactly that way, in parallel, in the same window. Each campus needs its own catchment, its own creative and its own budget line, but the structure and reporting are shared.
Our counsellors say the leads are poor quality.
Almost always one of three things: the form isn't qualifying for entry class or catchment, the ad promised something the page didn't, or follow-up is slow enough that only the least-motivated parents are still available when someone calls. The audit tells you which.
Do you run Google Ads as well as Meta?
Yes. Meta carries volume for admissions because you're often creating demand rather than capturing it. Google search captures the smaller, higher-intent pool of parents already comparing named schools. Most admission accounts want both, weighted toward Meta.
Do you sell leads or lead lists?
No. Campaigns run inside your own ad account. Every enquiry belongs to you, and it isn't sold, shared or resold to a competing institute.
