What working with us actually looks like

Including the parts most agencies leave off the page: what we need from you, what takes longer than you'd like, and when we'd tell you not to hire us.

Book a free 30-minute audit

The four stages

Fix the leak. Then turn up the tap.

  1. 01

    Audit the chain

Week one. We follow a real lead end to end and find where it dies.

  2. 02

    Define a qualified lead

Week one to two. Agreed with your sales team, not assumed by us.

  3. 03

    Build & launch

Weeks two to three. Campaigns, pages, forms, routing, follow-up.

  4. 04

    Report & scale

Weekly, ongoing. Cost per qualified lead, connect rate, scaling and kill rules.

In detail

What happens in each stage

What we need from you

Four things, and the engagement is much better with them

Ad account access

Admin access to your own Meta and Google accounts. If you don't have accounts yet we'll set them up in your name, not ours.

Someone who answers leads

The single biggest determinant of results that isn't in our control. Without consistent follow-up, good leads look like bad ones.

Outcome data, however rough

Which leads qualified and closed. A CRM is ideal; a maintained spreadsheet works. Without it, the platform optimizes blind.

One decision-maker

Someone who can approve a landing page and an offer change without three weeks of internal review. Speed is most of the advantage.

Honestly

When we'd tell you not to work with us

  • Nobody calls your leads. Then you don't have a lead generation problem, and more leads will make it worse. Fix follow-up first - we'll say so on the audit call and not charge you for the privilege.
  • Your budget can't clear the learning phase. Campaigns need roughly fifty conversions a week to stabilise. Below that, results stay erratic no matter who runs the account, and paying an agency on top of a too-small budget makes the maths worse.
  • You want a guaranteed cost per lead. Anyone guaranteeing one is either taking a gamble or planning to hit it with leads that don't convert. We'll set a target and report honestly against it, but we won't guarantee it.
  • You want to buy a lead list. We don't sell leads, lists or databases, and we don't work with them.

Practicalities

Contracts, reporting and access

How long is the commitment?
Three months is a sensible minimum for a reason: month one is audit and build, month two is when campaigns stabilise, and month three is the first fair read on performance.
Who actually works on the account?
The people who ran the audit. You won't be handed to a junior after signing, and there's no account manager relaying messages between you and whoever is inside the ad platform.
What happens if we stop?
Everything stays with you - ad accounts, pixel and conversion history, audiences, landing pages, creative. Nothing is held in our accounts, so there's nothing to hand back.
How often will we hear from you?
A weekly written report, plus a standing call at whatever frequency suits you. During launch weeks it's more frequent, because that's when decisions matter most.

Start with the audit.

Thirty minutes, free, and you keep the findings whether or not we work together. If we're not the right fit we'll say so on the call.
